1. Repentance and Renouncing Sin

Have the person repent for any known sin, or for the sins of their ancestors. This breaks generational curses that may grant legal rights to the enemy.

Prayer: I repent and renounce and break every generational curse of ________ (fill in blank, e.g., idol worship, false religion, anger, pride).

I repent and renounce these sins for my life and my entire bloodline, all the way back to Adam and Eve and for the generations going forward, In Jesus Name. Amen.

2. Forgiveness

Ask them if they need to forgive anyone. For many sicknesses and diseases, unforgiveness is the legal right the enemy has.

Prayer: Father God, if there is any unforgiveness in my heart towards ____________ (fill names in the blank).

I ask you, God to help me to forgive them. I choose now to forgive them. I release them from all judgement, and I ask you to bless them.

3. Calling up a spirit

Look the person directly in their eyes and command with authority:

Command: I command in the Name of Jesus, what spirit is being called to judgement today? I command you to come forth now and face the judgement of God.

(Usually there will be some sort of change in the person's eyes or they will start manifesting in some way.)

4. Ascertaining the Name

When the spirit manifests, command it to identify itself:

Command: I command in the name of Jesus, What is your Name?

After they say their name, bind them in the Name of Jesus. For example, if it says "Dragon":

Command: I bind you Dragon in the Name of Jesus.

5. Identifying the Strongman

Command the spirit to reveal its rank and authority:

Command: Are you the strongman?

If the answer is No: Ask who is the strongman. Command that lower-rank demon down and command the strongman to come up.

If the answer is Yes: Proceed to the next step.

6. Legal Rights and Renunciation

Command the demon to speak the truth:

Command: What is your legal right?

After getting the legal right(s), command the demon to go down. Have the person repent and renounce the specific sins that granted the legal rights, using the prayer of repentance from Step 1.

7. Command to Relinquish

Command the demon to come back up. Ask if there are any more legal rights. Sometimes there are more, and you must repeat Step 6 until all rights are removed.

If the answer is No, command the demon to repeat after you:

Command: I, ________ (spirit's name), relinquish All Rights to ________ (person's name), and their entire bloodline all the way back to Adam and Eve. I bind myself to the rest of my kingdom with a three-fold cord, and we go now to the pit.

After this step you should see a visible change in the person's eyes and countenance. Continue repeating these steps of deliverance until nothing else surfaces, as there can be many demonic kingdoms in a person, each with its own strongman.

8. Closing in Faith

When the person looks and feels lighter, thank God and give Him the Glory. Pray blessings over them and ask for the filling of the Holy Spirit.
