"The Father is Greater than I" (John 14:28):
In context, Jesus is speaking of His position in the Incarnation: He was about to return to the Father's glory, which He had set aside to take "the form of a bondservant" (Philippians 2:6-8). "Greater" (meizōn) here speaks of position and role, not a difference of nature. A president is greater in office than a private citizen, but he is not a superior kind of human being. The same Jesus said, "He who has seen Me has seen the Father" (John 14:9) and "I and My Father are one" (John 10:30).

The Divine Name: In John 8:58, Jesus takes the divine name revealed to Moses at the burning bush (Ego Eimi - Exodus 3:14). The Jews picked up stones to execute Him for claiming to be Yahweh.
Forgiving Sins: In Mark 2:5-7, Jesus forgives the paralytic's sins. The scribes rightly said: "Who can forgive sins but God alone?"
Accepting Worship: Angels refuse worship (Revelation 22:8-9), men refuse worship (Acts 14:14-15), but Jesus accepts worship (proskuneō) again and again (Matthew 14:33; 28:9; John 9:38), and even the confession "My Lord and my God!" (John 20:28).

Jesus then told him to leave everything and "follow Me"—a claim to total allegiance that only God has the right to make.

They say“Jesus said "I can of Myself do nothing" (John 5:30), and he didn't know the hour of the end (Mark 13:32). God knows everything, so Jesus isn't God.”

You can sayThose verses reflect Jesus' real humanity and voluntary humility—He "made Himself of no reputation" (Philippians 2:7). But read the same chapter: "whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner" (John 5:19), and all should "honor the Son just as they honor the Father" (John 5:23). No mere prophet could demand the same honor as God.
